Responsibilities
- To produce 3D illustration for client/presentation use.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and clients to bring design concepts to life.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand and translate clients' needs and preferences into design solutions.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in design concepts and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
