Description
As a Designer within the Marketing & Education Team, you’ll work closely with other designers and content creators to curate and guard the FrogAsia brand identity in all of the company’s creative endeavours. You'll be developing original graphics for diverse projects, encompassing marketing campaigns, websites, and print materials, while also taking on responsibilities for designing user interfaces (UI) for websites and applications.
Collaboration is at the core of what we do, and you'll actively engage with cross-functional teams to bring design projects to life. Participation in client meetings and effective presentation of design concepts will be part of your growth journey.
Responsibilities
  • Create unique and quality content for digital and social media platforms in written, graphic, and video formats that build a meaningful connection with the target market via social media and other channels.
  • Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and applications, ensuring an engaging user experience.
  • Project manage own timelines from documentation, creative briefs, asset creation, asset filing, implementation, and reporting.
  • Progressively track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of outgoing content, communications and marketing activities.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the Marketing Inventory for all assets including photos, videos, digital and printed collateral plus merchandise designs produced by the company.
  • Works collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders in driving marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives, including supporting events, roadshows, contest management and other initiatives from time to time.
  • Actively participate in meetings, presenting design concepts effectively and contributing to project discussions.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or related fields.
  • Preferably 2 - 3 years of working experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Solid grasp of design principles and the ability to apply them creatively.
  • Has experience with designing user interfaces (UI) for websites and applications.
  • Experienced with generational AI, e.g. Midjourney, Dall-E, etc.
  • Must be proficient in English and Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Candidate will be based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur but travel within Malaysia may be required occasionally.
