You Bring:
  • 2+ years in an agency or creative setting, producing TikTok/IG/XHS content.
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and vendor‑coordination skills.
  • Degree in multimedia/film/advertising (or similar).
  • Organized, calm under deadlines, fluent in English & Malay (Mandarin a plus).
Nice‑to‑Have: Digital content strategy or art‑direction experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Ideate & Plan – Research trends, craft concepts, and map content flows for TikTok, IG Reels, Stories, and XiaoHongShu.
  • Resource & Produce – Lock in talents, props, locations, gear, and vendors; manage budgets; run seamless pre‑shoot and shoot days.
  • Admin & Logistics – Build call sheets, schedules, permits, and reports; track changes and keep crew, clients, and talents in sync.
  • Team Hub – Be the go‑to for scheduling, troubleshooting, and onboarding freelancers; liaise with creative, finance, and other departments.

Requirements
  • Degree in Creative Multimedia / Film / Advertising (or similar).
  • 2+ years in a creative or agency setting as Producer, Planner, or equivalent.
  • Proven chops in short‑form video production, post‑production workflow, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Platform fluency: TikTok, IG, XHS—know what works and why.
  • Extra Credit: Mandarin proficiency, digital content strategy, or art‑direction experience
  • Extra Credit: Sharp time‑management, problem‑solving, and on‑set leadership skills.
