Responsibilities
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Delivering design work on time.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Discussing requirements with customers creating designs, to make sure projects are completed in time.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Excellent and creative design skills and knowledge.
- A must strong knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
