  • To collate and report seasonal or promotional market trends with bi-annual competitive analysis.
Responsibilities
  • To collate and report seasonal or promotional market trends with bi-annual competitive analysis for all the following brands (in sequence of priority):
    - Bioxil Innertreats, VitalZyme
    - Tisserand Aromatherapy 
    - Jane Iredale Cosmetics 
    - Bio-Therapeutic and LDM beauty equipment
    - Depileve Waxing Systems
    - Davines haircare
  • To develop and execute the marketing plan to meet the brands’ objective and direction.
  • Trade and Consumer programs : Execute new product launches, seasonal, tactical promotions and yearly dealers incentive guidelines, support off-site on-ground activities ie. dealers event or corporate reach-out activities.
  • Management of POSMs and source for premiums to support seasonal promotions, in line with our corporate guidelines.
  • Administrative: Raise proper documents for invoicing purposes. Ensure timely submission of budgets, marketing reports and co-op claims for approval.
  • Monitor trade marketing inventory, conduct physical checks and propose trade marketing strategies to mobilise sell in to dealers.
  • Translation of marketing materials to Mandarin.
  • Ability to design using design software, such as InDesign or Illustrator plus photo-editing software, such as PhotoShop is an added advantage.
  • Propose relevant and engaging social media & digital content, where possible. 
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations or related field.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Good in planning and organizing skill
  • Creative and willing to learn
  • Able to speak Mandarin & English
