Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for graphic and structural elements of POSM materials, including but not limited to POP displays, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and artwork that effectively communicate client branding and messaging while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely with Sales department to understand their requirements, provide creative recommendations, and present design concepts that align with customer brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales and production, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or structural design, preferably in the POSM industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or 3D modeling software (3DMax)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques will be an advantage.
