Responsibilities
- To prepare in house promotional materials, artwork for leaflet, banners, marketing kit, video, PowerPoint presentation etc;
- Design advert/ content to be published in the website/social media;
- Digital marketing – content writing, design poster/ video editing & propose suitable social media and planning campaigns (TikTok, IG Reels, FB, IG)
- Assist in redesigning & maintain website, update content using Wordpress etc
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, organise and maintain IT resources
- Support in maintaining hardware, software
- Explore vendor or features for student Management Portal functions
- SEO, cybersecurity & data management
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ IT or relevant
- The skills of editing posters, brochures, videos & etc is an added advantage
- Those with some work experience an added advantage
- Pleasant & Good communication skills
