  • The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new clients to build new business for the company.
  • This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
  • They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.
  • They have to be self-motivated, energetic, and dynamic business development go-getters to lead and support our business and go-to-market efforts.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
  • Developing innovative design concepts and presenting them to clients using 2D/3D visualization tools.
  • Creating detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.
  • Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
  • Collaborating closely with client and in house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Sales: Contributing towards sales achievement & team's sales goals, sales growth and quality customer service by attending to clients’ enquiry and complain.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with review & rating from client.
  • Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and management skill.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
  • Weekly report work schedule & progress to top management.
Requirements
 
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive to meet monthly sales targets
  • The ability to work well independently
  • The ability to speak and write in English and Chinese;
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the interior design or related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in preparing and negotiating proposals and contracts.
  • Passion for design and commitment to delivering exceptional customer. service.
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
