1) To develop presentation which may include space planning, layout , sketches, rendering, 3D perspectives, and material boards.

2) To develop conceptual idea and demonstrate the design.
3) Able to do research on material, design effect, cost and prepare specifications. -Coordinate with internal design support members and project management teams.
4) Plan & manage project include coordinating supervisor and sub-contractor, control of renovation and interior design related works.
5) Review and check drawings for errors before send out for confirmation.
6) Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.
7) To fully understand standard of protocol and policies by the company.
8) Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the interior design field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrating a high standard of technical drawing proficiency and budget awareness for project costs.
- Possessing broad knowledge of materials used in interior design.
- Understanding the overall flow and deadlines of projects.
- Experience in site management and supervision is considered a plus.
