- Professional certifications in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, or similar are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign management, or related areas.
- Experience in using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in web design, UI/UX principles, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign analytics, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Proficiency in design software and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization and design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and the ability to work under pressure.
