JOB DESCRIPTION
As Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will need to take on designs from the start to the final stages of development to ensure accuracy for digital publications across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will need to have passion for marketing/design. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies

· Develop and manage company’s social media channels and digital marketing including create social media contents for social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Website)

· Create company’s graphic & video content or motion graphics for digital advertising and social media

· Deliver graphic needs for branding strategies and to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines

· Provide new SEO ideas and suggestions frequently

· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search ranking, and maximize ROI

· Support in carrying out the photography shooting and editing for the purpose of advertisement/promotion

· Support all marketing needs and initiatives for the organization
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent

· Experience working professionally in Digital Marketing & Graphic Design

· Ability to identify design needs to help continuously elevate the quality of marketing collateral and the brand

· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

· Technical savviness, including experience with data tracking & digital knowledge

· High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) – Most Important skills

· Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and enhance processes and best practices

· High experience in handling social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), Google Ads, etc, and maintaining the company’s websites.

· A detailed-oriented planner and great team player

· Experience in Photography & Videography - Bonus
