Description
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing efforts and drive our digital presence. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Produce inspiring, creative, new innovative multimedia content which promotes audience engagement and following, in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives.
- Involving in the planning and executing personal branding strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Consult, brainstorm and ideate on social and providing video script writing.
- Develop content calendars across multiple platforms, such as social media, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, articles and blogs.
- Deliver relevant content in writing, edit and proof visual and video works to ensure timely delivery of content calendars.
- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure content relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies in line with brand guidelines.
- Ad hoc support (if necessary) on content writing requested by other entities of the company.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media Facebook, Instagram & Xiao Hong Shu.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
