JGDC Planet
Description
Concept
A designer's experiences, culture, preferences, aesthetic and personality will all influence the designer's works, which makes different designer's mind as uncrossed as different planet. However, JGDC creates a platform to make the designers have a change to communicate with each other. Thus, I use a planet (represent the JGDC) with planetary rings (represent the designers) and a pen (represent the capabilities and the skills of designers) as the basic visual design elements for the logo design.
Derivative Visual Pattern
The planetary rings on the logo have been used to present a derivative visual pattern by overlaying with different colors. The overlapping repetitive color planetary rings represent the amount of repetitive training needed for a junior designers to achieve their desired goals as they grow.
