JGDC's Logo Design

By using the letters JGDC, the short form of Junior Graphic Designer Community, I have designed a letter mark logo with the icons of essential tools in Adobe Illustrator that designers always been using to execute their creativities. The tools are paintbrush tool, selection tool, pen tool and also arc tool that represents the letter C. The aim is to remind all the graphic designers to utilise the tools to generate great designs with strong passion as well as building our community's identity to target audience. The colour scheme I used is complementary colours which is the purple colour of Artmeet's logo (#5d21d2) and yellow orange (#ffb217) to create interesting contrast and attract audience's eye by opposing colours. Bahnschrift is the typeface for the wording "Junior Graphic Designer Community".
