OUR MALAYSIA

The idea of this design was originally inspired by an artist from Behance, LOKA MADE's "Maggi SAH 2020 Merdeka Campaign". It was a landscape artwork that represent all the state of Malaysia, and it actually painted perfectly & detailed. For my own design, I will only pick up some of most popular landmarks to represent Malaysia, which can make the people remember easily. In my design, I started with from west Malaysia to east Malaysia, then end with the most popular foods such as nasi lemak and etc. Also, I used Malaysia national animal & statue (like the Kuching cat statue, Langkawi eagle statue, Kota Kinabalu swordfish statue, Tiger, Malayan tapir, Proboscis monkey & hornbill) to represent Malaysia. I want to design this artwork with somthing fun and intresting like Mr. Tiger can represent KL side with the traditional chinese drum & lion dance , Sir Kucing can represent The Kuching city also the Iban instrument name Sapeh and the Iban costume, Miss hornbill travel with sampan boat around the Waterfront. The Mr. swordfish visit Mount Kinabalu, and the famous mosque and clock tower named Atkinson clock tower. Traveler Proboscis monkey visit Melaka church and Penang Temple with its camera. Lastly, little tapir always likes to eat the Malaysia's food. The color choice of this design is warm and harmony.
