Description
When a whale fall occurs, that somehow is both tragic and fortunate.
Why do we say so? A whale fall means a whale has passed on; but at the same time, its carcasses will fall into the deep sea and provide tons of nutrients for deepsea creatures.
Depending on its size, a whale fall can sustain the community that is developed around it for years or even decades.
A beautiful metaphor was made for this magnificent and splendid death, 'the oasis of life in the deep sea'. Although their souls moved on, their bodies decayed, however, their contribution stays forever in nature.
I figured it's too sad for whales not to see what they contributed to nature after their death, so this design has included the whale and the plants that are benefited from the whale fall, in a place where they coexist.
