Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms such as websites, apps, and online advertisements.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to integrate text and graphics seamlessly.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Make necessary adjustments based on client or team input, ensuring designs meet project specifications.
  • Utilize graphic design software and tools effectively.
  • Review final designs for errors and ensure they are print-ready or optimized for digital use.
  • Maintain organized records of design projects, including drafts, revisions, and final outputs.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma: A formal qualification in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field is often preferred. However, some employers accept candidates with strong portfolios and relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in design software such as: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Other Tools: Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, Sketch
