- Conducting online research to understand and stay updated on audience preferences and current trends in social media advertising and marketing.
- Tracking of social media coverages based on project requirements, assisting with coming up with comments for review projects or campaigns.
- Coordinate communications with micro-KOLs for projects and track all their accounts, posts, and comments based on project requirements.
- Analyze the ads performance of ongoing and past projects to provide insights for future campaigns. To continuously observe and study trends in social media and community marketing.
- Assist in tracking, creating, generating, analyzing, and presenting social media/performance reports.
- Work collaboratively with various department team members in brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing campaigns/strategies.
- Support direct manager to provide excellent support and services to our valued partners and clients.
- Undergraduates and graduate students in the field of Mass Communications/Digital or Social Media Marketing/Creative Media/PR/Advertising are preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Outgoing and has an open communication style, critical thinking mindset, attention to detail, reporting, and presenting skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills. A resourceful mindset to seek solutions and propose them when facing challenges, rather than just wait for instructions.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Power Point, Excel, and G Suite Tools (i.e: GSheet/Form, etc.)
- Basic copywriting, photography, image, and video editing skills.
- Knowledgeable, familiar, experienced, or interested in social media monitoring and digital marketing, campaign management, and social media analytics.
- Possess a good attitude and are able to work independently.
- Adaptable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment. A self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Added advantage/skills: Familiar with the usage of multiple digital marketing channels; Facebook (Collaborative Ads), Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and/or understanding marketing metrics and KPIs in order to suggest improvements towards campaigns to optimize ROI.
