My previous job enhanced the training process by using multimedia interfaces between operator &trainer during training sessions. I might have limited experience but I believe there are no limitations in learning new things.

For the past 5 years, after I received VSS from my previous company (Western Digital, KL), I worked as a freelance tour guide at Elle Dolls Backpacker (based in Sabah). Other than ensuring all trips I lead run smoothly as per planning based on customer requests, I am also responsible for exposing Malaysian people to China's real virgin nature landscape (Yunnan Province).

Because of the pandemic, I must resume my overseas trip. Alhamdulillah, this year & also during the pandemic, I succeeded in surviving my high-commitment life by running a small business as a social media content designer & also an agent/dropship/affiliate for a few shops just using the minimum cost of marketing by leverage the video content form in presenting fun-education sharing at my social media platforms.

Then for the past 2.5 years, I decided to work as a full-time freelancer as a social media content designer & actively help any small business owner open a new& fresh idea in improving their social media platform engagement.
