During my tenure at Saha Coffee from 2018 to 2021, I undertook multiple roles, progressing from a waiter to a barista and eventually assuming the responsibilities of a store manager. As a waiter, I excelled in customer service, managing inquiries and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. My transition to a barista in 2019 honed my coffee preparation and presentation skills, including latte art, while maintaining the coffee bar's standards. In 2020, I was promoted to Store Manager, where I oversaw staff, inventory, and operations, implementing cost-effective strategies and marketing initiatives. Concurrently, since 2020, I have worked as a freelance 3D designer, adept in Inventor, 3ds Max, Keyshot, AutoCAD, and Solidworks, creating diverse 3D models and rendering. In 2022, I completed an internship at TTRacing, contributing to product, packaging, and graphic design, expanding my industry exposure.
