Experience
1. Onecare Wellness (Graphic Design Intern)
- I was responsible for developing the design of social media posts for the company products by utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Besides that, I get a chance to utilize After Effects in making motion graphic animation videos. During the internship, I get to know the importance of working as a team and also did improvements in designing.
2. Absolute Marketing (Sales Promoter)
- The job of promoting improves my communication skills, such as dealing with the customer and understanding their needs. Besides that, I’ve learned on dealing with rejection as learn not to take it personally.
3. Rio Kiara Sdn Bhd (Customer Service Professional for Telekom Careline)
- I get to learn that asking the right questions at the right time when listening to customers' problems is able to give a suitable solution to them. Besides that, having the right attitude towards customers is essential to be more patient when explaining the issues they face.
